I’m a product and experience leader with 16+ years in UX, currently leading a multidisciplinary team across product design, UX writing, and developer experience.
At Contentful, I manage a team of designers and technical writers working across platform experiences, AI-driven analytics and personalisation, and developer documentation. My focus is on creating cohesive, high-quality experiences across both product and content, ensuring what we build is not only usable, but clear and valuable to customers.
I’ve spent much of my career building and scaling teams, hiring, mentoring, and creating environments where designers and writers can do their best work. I care deeply about craft, clarity, and collaboration, and about helping teams balance strong execution with thoughtful strategy. I enjoy working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align on direction, simplify complexity, and deliver meaningful outcomes for users and the business.
